Music Anthology
Blue Cinderella
“Your voice slides up my knees like stockings...” Welcome to the cool and colorful world of Kami Lyle. (“...a singer-songwriter-trumpet player, and a fine one at that” - George Graham) Her debut album is Blue Cinderella, produced by Hugh Padgham (Peter Gabriel, Sting) and
recorded in New York, Nashville, and London. In addition to her longtime bandmates David Steele on guitar (Steve Earle) and David Jacques on bass (John Prine) two veterans of Sting's
band appear - drummer Manu Katché and guitarist Dominic Miller.
Ten Songs
Flirty, bubbly, barefoot, dreamy… Kami Lyle’s second album, Ten Songs is a romantic, more intimate get-together. The Berklee-trained singer/songwriter/pianist/trumpet player stirs up an intoxicating mix of jazz, folk, and bossa nova to create her own truly alternative (and delicious) indie pop. Stellar bandmates and less-is-more production allow each song to shimmer like a sunset. Joey Spampinato (NRBQ) adds bass to several tracks, warming things up as well, in this collection of cinematic vignettes.

A Kami Lyle Christmas
Cozy as a cup of cocoa! (Whipped cream? Yes, please!) These songs bring the fireplace to you. Snuggle in with three instrumentals of your favorite Christmas tunes, arranged by Kami and featuring her warm, muted trumpet. Fun fact: These tracks have appeared in Christmas episodes of The Young and the Restless on CBS. (Yep! They’ve been to Genoa City!)
